Its sad how you treat a customerI sat with a laptop that had issues since Saturday, Anna said shed get back to me. To this day nothing. It really speaks to your work ethic and brand that everytime i need help i first need to complain to manager before anyone gets back to me.

4 star on price (on some items like the beats earphones, they are up to R300 more expensive than the IStore)5* on service excellence and friendliness (Wanda assisted me)Ended up buying a pair of Jabra earphones and not supporting the Istore due to their lack of service! Thanks guys!

Signed up for a contract to get a new phone in store, 24 hours later still no feedback. Called in multiple times to get told they have no updates. Needless to say I cancelled the order. All I asked for was some followup and updates.
