Quick and efficient service. Pricing was very competitive. Workers were well disciplined and worked neatly.

Very good product at a competitive price. But poor customer service. Service was initially very good. However, after installation I flagged a number of snags (e.g., chips and manufacturing quality issues in the glass). The company made a big issue out of it every time I asked them to come out to address. Repeatedly accused me of being unreasonable (you can't expect there to be no chips and issues after installation"). Should have been a 5-star review

Just had my balustrade done and I am very happy with the results. One of a very few companies willing to travel to rural Freestate. They responded within minutes and finished on time.

One hassle after then other with this company. Their team was noisy and disrespectful. They left cigarette butts all over my pool area. Their installation was late. They were rude about their own delays, didn’t stick to their own contract or timelines. They broke a sheet of glass over the swimming pool and left the area in a mess. As a result I’ve had the additional expense of a new creepy. NoEffort was made to keep the area safe while they remanufactured the broken glass panel “it simply wasn’t their problem”. One glass panel had a sharp edge and sliced my finger open and when I asked it they could come and take a look, when I sent a picture of the panel I was told that it was “sufficient” but they’d come and polish it when there was someone in the area. Poor business acumen. Poor client services skills and complete lack of respect. Very disappointing.

Just had my balustrades installed by Dynamic Balustrades and could not be happier. I received the best and professional service. The site supervisor as well as the director was very helpful for the begining to the final product. They are extremely affordable for the great quality of workmanship as well as the great designs and attention to detail. Will recommend them to everyone. Dynamic Balustrades all the way!!Thank you once again for the greatest service and the best end product. Could not be happier.

They are cheaper than other installers, and the end product is good, but the workers work without supervision, and they left my deck very dirty and stained.
