Staff great....mtn data very slow..... on follow up visit after the upgrade staff NOT at all willing to assist with their freebe" offer quite a turn a turn around....."

Visited the store 5 times to get my mothers upgrade. Still yet to receive the phone even after two separate promises of them bringing it over to our local business premises. No explanation given for poor service. Disappointing.

Time to update your business hours on the internet. It was 2:30pm and drove there because its was close to home and open" until 4:30pm. Had to go elsewhere."

I do not know where to begin...the TEAM at MTN Durbanville is the best out there!!! Customer service is their priority. Since I have discovered them, I do not punish myself by going to any other branch.

I specifically went to MTN to port / move my contract / number from Cell C to MTN. Canceling with Cell C after 7 years, average spent of R800 per month (Because the are useless and frustrate the @#R& out of me)I was an MTN employee 20 years ago so I expect much better from them. It appears as though the Oerting from Cell C to MTN worked but now I'm getting messages everywhere that my new SIM needs to be Rica'd. This was done with the correct / required documentation In-store today. I nervously asked a few times if they are sure that the porting and rica bits would not be a problem - It's a problem now"

This is absolutely the worst service ever. Can MTN please do training for their staff on how to answer a phone ???? I am fed up with them. Next time I might change from service provider after being a client for more than 15 Years
