Disappointing service!!!!I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who needs a laptop fixed,they managed to completely to delete all my files and even after trying a deep recovery, hardly restored anything. No accountability or apology from the person who actually created this mess while colleagues cover it up with the excuse it was a trial and error" as they don't understand windows 11(not sure did I take my laptop to a barbershop) and a manager who didn't do much

I visited the store on a Sunday afternoon 2 hours before closing time to upgrade my PC CPU, Motherboard, Ram and Box.IT took them less than an hour to strip my PC and rebuild it and have it up and running. They were really friendly, competent and helpful. Dylan was the Technician. This store is like a breath of fresh air and is highly recommended. Their prices are also competitive .

Do not ever buy from these people. Their branch at Clearwater took in my laptop which was under warranty from November 2019 and till today I still do not have the laptop back nor do they call you to give you updates. I need to continuously phone them and beg them to come back to me!

Went in to buy a mouse on 10th April, they had the logitech m171 I was looking for. The guy in the shop sat in the corner watching videos on his phone. I walked out, rather pay more and go to shop where they willing to assist you

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. the keep on postponing my refund without any explanations and when i call they give me lousy excuses as to why they did not inform me, it’s been two weeks and they said it would only take one. i am annoyed and i feel very disrespected because if it was a caucasian people they would have already settled the matter (this is from assumption, it’s a fact)

I purchased a UPS device for my wifi router. It stopped working and I returned item and they replaced with a new one. I was very happy with the service and that they replaced.
