PRiNT 24 CPT

If anybody is looking to make use of Print 24, I strongly suggest that you do not make use of their service as they are completely unreliable. I paid for their speed printing service - they designed and printed booklets for my dad's funeral but it only arrived the day after the funeral! A whole 72 hours after they promised!I was in constant communication with them but all it did was add to the stress and anxiety I was already feeling on such an emotionally straining day. They promised that the booklets would arrive in time. Note that 2 hrs before the funeral I was again promised that the booklets would arrive before the church service started but they just dropped the ball on the very last minute and now they are refusing to refund the money that they promised to provide due to their inferior service. It is more than a month now and I am still waiting for my money. How can they do that? They profit off their customers' grief which is just disgusting on so many levels. Please do not make use of their service and if you do not believe me then take a look at Hellopeter and Google to see that poor customer service and not honouring their commitments is a regular occurrence.

I had cards printed which is actually done from Durban so there is a delay. I received the wrong quantity on far less superior cardboard than quoted, and with the worst printing I have ever seen. I asked for a refund which they agreed to process and I am still waiting for this to happen more than 3 weeks later. Stay away from these guys.

Pathetic service! Most unreliable, very rude consultants (Jay) poor responses, he asked for all my information and then didn’t not respond. Pathetic!! Yes for an order not placed due to no response from the consultant I contacted! Very unprofessional!

They deliver poor quality service , unreliable and unprofessional .So i would not recommend them to anyone

Placed an order with them for 4 car magnets and business cards... dilvery was quick (couple of days) but they short delivered 2 magnets. I am now waiting 3 weeks for the order to be completed (the 2 magnets). I have had to call them 3 times for an update and get told its in production. 3 weeks. I will NEVER use them again. Considering all their competitors, they had their chance and blew it. Order number J1173 - leatitia or something is the agents name who took my order.

*Placed an order for 20 000 flyers, 24hr printing. Paid in full for 24hr premium service.*Less than 10000 pamphlets delivered after 24 hours.Queried the shortage the next day.*Owner phones telling me he will fix my problem by printing the remainder & couriering it to Cape Town for delivery next day. 36 hrs overdue.*The best part? I had PAID in full upfront & they supplied only half the order & now they will do me a favour to fix my problem.Bad bad service

Very poor service , messed up my order , came to fetch to resolve the issue , only made it worse. I had to pay someone else to do the work. Sales Manager promised me a refund , its now more than a month and a half later , after numerous phone calls and even emails to the C.E.O and accounts department , they don't even reply on email or bother to phone back , running away from the issue. I don't want to give them any rating unfortunately the system does not allow that. Be aware first order always goes good , there after its a nightmare , they don't have any one you can make a appointment to see , no physical office where you can see any staff. Rubbish service. I have never worked with such an incompetent business in my life. Not deserving of this one star.

I generally don't like to leave bad reviews, but the discourteous way in which I was treated by the Cape Town Print 24 branch is shocking. They promise 24 hour turnaround, but took 48 hours to even quote. This was an urgent job but they told me they would not be able to deliver within 24 hours, and then proceeded to quote me over R1500 extra for 'speed services' also asking for 100% payment up front before going ahead. I do not do payment up front, but eventually agreed to do a 50% deposit as I needed the work urgently and it was now days after I first requested the quote. To their credit, they did contact me on the long weekend and promised to deliver on Thursday (a week after I requested the quote). When Thursday came they could not deliver until 7 pm when my offices were closed. I could not accept after hours deliver due to a function and we arranged delivery for 8 the next morning, which was done. At this stage I was not super impressed with their turn around times, but the worst was yet to come. Despite requesting their staff to email me the balance to pay from noon the day before, they only did so after delivery the next day. From time of delivery to the time I sent through payment a couple of hours later, when I got back to my office, they harassed my staff and myself, threatening to come and remove the labels, barely hours after delivery? Do I recommend them for speedy delivery - no. Do I recommend them for courtesy and customer service - no. They are an unpleasant company to deal with.

Best service and quality my order was delivered in 24 hours. I am very impressed thx guys
