Terrible service. Purchased a necklace set for my daughter on Fri from rosebank. By sat all the little hearts inside one fell out. I went to Hyde park to replace it for the same thing and they refuse. The lady was very unhelpful. Said each store had different barcodes and couldn’t do anything. It’s not possible that each store has diff barcodes for every product. She’s just lazy to assist. Will definitely not be purchasing from Lovisa. They clearly don’t appreciate the business. Yet the store had No customers inside. Bad customer service. Bad attitude. Then they wonder why the business closes down.
