Wow, I was there on the second of February, the receptionist is not professional at all to say the least, everything in the massage rooms smelled mouldy. The massage therapist was very kind though.

It's a zero rating. That place should not be called a spa, it's an insult to the real spas. It shud be closed down. Its practically falling apart, filthy and scary. Me and my husband ran away when we got to see the place. Its bad

I had a good hot stone massage. I loved how they ensured the room was warm and played tranquil instrumentals in the background. The therapist was courteous and did a good job overall. I would have loved to see a bit more effort to look high end in the décor and linen used. Please invest in white/neutrals with the linen and pillows. It will add that bit of a lux feeling. Otherwise, I had a lovely experience.

Moi Thai Westville the experience was awesome. From the time we arrived till the time we left your service was amazing...My 9 year old daughters first experience and she did not want to leave Definitely be back soon... Thank You Krasi and Team

The massage therapist was excellent and she had great technique, she gave you your full hour as well. However the massage is let down by the ambience (dingy and not spa like) and a lack of aircon in 30 degree heat! A fan is not enough.
