To be honest. This is one place that will not see me again. The food is ok. The price is decent but the service is utterly not even there. This is now the 3rd time when we go there and get told no plain fatcakes " very busy inside so i guess they just serving toppings to the clients. We have also been told on numerous occasions that our order was not available. If i could rate a 0 i would. Since our order ia not sufficient to the liking. Propably because the plain fatcake is not giving them enough income.Please note this is not an attack. This is me being tired of not being served."

I always buy from Fat Cake City..The fatcakes are delicious.Tonight I went to buy 3 small and 3medium plain vetcake.When I got home it was it way only 2 small and 3 medium..I were suppose to check also but was in a hurry..so I am a little dissapointed.

Really disappointed. Waited approximately an hour for my order. I could have cooked dinner myself in much less time. Avoid. Kitchen slow, expedition slow, organisational skills very bad. Avoid.

This place makes delicious Russians. They also have awesome family specials. I enjoy grabbing something quick from there for a take away night or so. I've never had any problems here. Only delicious Russians and chips. Vetkoek burgers etc.

The food is great value for money, very tasty and quick. The staff is friendly and helpfull and ready to serve. You can call ahead fot orders and collect. The shop is clean and tidy with seating for when you have to wait. a real fastfood pleasure treasure

Fast and friendly service. The food is also tasty from the burgers to the regular fat cakes. We normally buy the family sized slap chips and hake and the quality of the hake is top notch.
