Pharmacists are more interested in talking to each other than actually assisting customers. Always a delay when going to this pharmacy. Medicines you need are not always in stock.

The overwhelming show of 'car guards' caused panic and locked myself out of my vehicle twice! Didn't even got into Medirite! Went home without chronic medication!Medirite pharmacy, yes Eltjo is a excellent pharmacist and x2 ladies on staff...excellent. He advised (rightfully doing what he trained for) the pain medication subscribed, by the Specialist for my lower back fusion, contains Codeine and is highly addictive. I cut the recommended doses in half and went through excruciating pain for months until I saw my Specialist and raised the concern. He assured me for circumstance and period off usage, therefore no side effects!The 'nagging' inconvenience off queuing twice, phone-in arrangement for speeding up the process of collecting chronic meds doesn't improve process! If you get personal hygienic items, you have to que at the checkout points at Checkers.Since Covid, I started to get more anxious of being exposed to more shoppers, as Medirite is always busy. Started to consider, facts, time management and with cost of fuel, decided to choose a approved Pharmacy, that we passes at least x3 times a week!We moved to the new" pharmacy and it's EVERYTHING to my desire! No storming car guards

They are so helpful at this pharmacy which is very unusual for a large chain. The staff always go out of their way to assist or find a medication that is not available. The pharmacist Eltjo is also very knowledgeable. I can honestly say ALL the staff are great and if you visit their monthly you will develop a really great relationship over the years.

You know how they look for excuses not to help at government departments? Well it is the same at Medi Rite at Parklands Boksburg when Maryna is on duty. She turned 6 people, including us away because the doctor did not write the word milligram but instead wrote mg. So please avoid this pharmacy...

It was a good pharmacy but not any more you standing for up to 45 minutes for your medicine, and then its not in stock, they talk to much and for too long to customers
