Not a great experience. Once you’ve placed your order, you wait. And wait. I’ve send an email. I’ve called - twice. It takes a very long time before one’s called is answered. You guys really do need to work on your communication and delivery times. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.Pity as your products are lovely.

My entire online experience was flawless and when my product arrived, it was well packaged, and in pristine condition. It also arrived in very good time. I can highly recommend elevenpast.

I was amazed at how this team were able not only to match a price on a product, but even to beat that price. I'll definitely be back again! The staff were friendly and helpful too.

I’ve purchased a few products from Eleven Past and I’ve never been disappointed. The quality is amazing, and the product selection is always up to date.Their delivery is extremely fast as well. Very impressive!

Very poor service. Waited weeks for my delivery with no communication and when i asked them about the delivery date they gave me one but then it was not delivered. Had to ask again just to be told that all my orders (2 different orders and 3 lamps in total) have been damaged and cannot be delivered anymore.One lamp is also out of Stock now, so i wont ever get it. If i did not ask i would still be waiting on 2 different orders that apparently are both damaged and were never sent out.feels like a scam. Awaiting refund this week!

As an interior decorator, I order from Elevenpast regularly on behalf of my clients. They present themselves as a big online store but they operate like a fly-by-night, unprofessional small business. Their orders are always late and they never communicate when deliveries can be expected. When you try to get hold of them, they take days to respond to emails or they simply don't acknowledge receipt until you hound them on a daily basis. Their telephone line rings for hours and the person you deal with for trade orders is never in office. I am done with the bad service and won't order from them again – it's a pity they have such nice products, but definitely not worth the trouble.

If I could give less than 1* for customer service, customer experience and customer satisfaction - trust me I would - the public needs to be made aware of the disgusting manner in which you handle orders, time-frames, complaints and queries. Elevenpast lacks any and all professionalism when it comes to fulfilling orders.Order of R25K paid on the 24.04.22 website, order form and phone calls to their officers say 5-7 days. Today is day 12...

I ordered a pendant on 19 December and still waiting for my order to be delivered! Absolutely no communication - sent at least 3 emails and 2 WA messages with no response. After I phoned delivery was promised but 3 days later I am still waiting - again with no communication. Shocking customer service.
