The place is always full... They have a maximum of 5 tills but you find out 2 are operating and the rest are lying idle. Then you will have ridiculous queue there... The management doesn't care about the queues and the cashiers working there they also don't give a damn about the queue, the work on their pace.

This store used to be a pleasure to shop in : Its in Racing Park where there are a lot of businesses. However, in the last few months the service is extremely poor only one teller open at 10am when all the workers have tea break and want food. The takeaway food seems to be old and tired ... no sign of good management here any more. Sad state of things.

this place people go there bcz they've got not choicethey even have resist rules ,that you must bring your phone when you want to send money in other countries so that you can get robbed when you print you not gonna allowedthey don't want to touch your phone but they say you must bring phonepeople working there are very rude like there's someone forcing them to work there , the price where you get the stuff is different with the one they scan ,am sure people working there are related not qualify for the job the service is disgusting

It's really inconviencing having to go to the big gate, the small gate and the other gate on potsdam Rd have been closed for a very long time, hire more security if you have to. We need to be in and out quickly when we shop

Never get cash to withdraw on time. I always wait more than 1hr and the stuff has attitude. Even when buying its like you're getting things for free. No variety and order in stocks
