URIS Power Centre

Extremely disappointing service.Since November 2021 I have been waiting for my Dewalt Random Orbital to be fixed, it was returned 8 weeks later, citing parts supply constraints, only to find that it hand NOT been fixed at ALL!I returned it, they then bill me again for a replacement backing pad, at a higher rate, and 4 weeks later when I enquire on where it is, in am told supplier hold up. I have incurred the cost of another sander as these peoples complete ineptitude and awful service has required me to do so, in order to stay in business. Should I ever get the sander back I will never repair with them ever again! Steer clear of these guys.

As business owner of two companies, The Renovators and Oak Manor Contruction.I've been using the services and the products of URIS POWER CENTRE for more than 10 years now.You can expect reasonable prices and acceptable service levels for the most part. Parts availability may be a problem from time to time. But they always try to obtain these to the best of their ability, if they don't have them in stock.They offer general maintenance and repair services to most electrical and petrol operated appliances, including but not limited to - grinders, drills, chainsaws, generators and many others!Expect a 2 to 3 week turnaround time on repairs and services as a rule of thumb.Pay them a visit, you may be pleasantly surprised!

I like this place. They did not have what I wanted but directed me to a place that could possibly help me. Not many places do that or know where you may find items they don't sell. Also they have a lot of different brands of power tools. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have stayed longer.

Adam Zimerman promptly attended to my not so great experience. Maybe I should have asked to see the manager but I didn't want to cause a scene.Will be scheduling a meeting shortly.Thanks Adam.

Terrible front of office service on quoting & support. Complete waste of time, no delivery. Avoid using Uris to service equipment. @Adam: you reply is inaccurate; committed to 3 business days to quote, took 5. 5 days after that, 9 follow up emails, no response. Quoted for Gasket, Fuel filers, inlet valve, exhaust valve. Subsequent service provider said WHY?" to those parts

Don’t bother using this place for repairs , They do sub standard work and when you notice a problem and take it back like a generator that is only used during load shedding they want more money rather than admitting or making a plan to see what’s wrong or what could have happened . They will never see me again .I have done a a few repairs with them and it’s never been perfect

Great service, friendly staff with lots of info about generators. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you looking for.

This is the place to hire or buy high electrical machinery for power plants with reasonable cost

Not going to go into to much detail. But being in the repair and technical industry for over 25 year. If you don't have a turnaround time of between 4 and 10 days. You shouldn't be in the industry or you need a new system. From the 25th of May till the 19th of June to collect, repair and deliver my generator. Would not recommend them at all.
