Said they will come on Monday. Its now Thursday. I understand if they experience problems and and cant make it but no apologies or explanations either.

I phoned on Monday, they said they will come on Tuesday - didn't arrive or no explanation. Phoned again on Wednesday, they said no they fully booked now can only come on Thursday. I cancelled because they obviously are quite busy and don't need me as a customer.
