Perth Vacate Cleaning

I called PVC telling them that we were moving out of our lease wanted to get our house cleaned as we didn’t have the time ourselves. Didn’t care what we pay just as long as it was done to a standard and we get our bond back. We live in a 4 by 2 single story. We were quoted for an end of lease quote and paid $1405.00. No issues. A couple of days later our realestate agent came back with some feedback saying that there were somethings needed to be cleaned. We got the report and sent it to PVC so that the cleaner can come back and rectify it. Then a couple of days later the realestate agent came back to us with more feedback saying that there were scuff marks in walls, light fixtures weren’t cleaned, dishwasher not cleaned. The cleaner had emptied cleaning chemicals ( guessing from the carpet cleaner) down the drain that’s on the car port leaving a bleached stain on the carport. I called one of the girls saying that we got this negative feedback from the realestate agent, she was really nice and told me to forward it to their email and they will have a look and try to sort it out. I told her there are some feedback regarding the backyard/lawn please disregard it obviously has nothing to do with cleaning. And she said yep all good we’ll just look at the cleaning stuff. I forwarded the email and a lady called Jo sent me an email saying‘have had a look at your photos, gardens and exterior work are not included, wall washing and blinds are also not included. Regarding walls we only wipe finger prints off around light switches. The walls you have pictured would be $20/wall to clean, blinds standard price is $30/blind.’I replied letting her know that the exterior is obviously not part of the service that I paid for and to ignore it. I was really disappointed that after paying a large amount for a cleaning service expecting that everything would be cleaned and it’s not really sucks. Asked her as well what about the carport that’s as bleached and they literally ghosted me.Pretty disappointing, will not be coming back and definitely do not recommend them

Great work! My housemate and I got the bond back in full no issues. PVC has a bond back guarantee, but the owners were satisfied with the quality of cleaning the first time round no hassle. Very reasonable pricing, especially for the quality of service. Very understanding and good communication even before the clean as well. Couldn't be happier and will absolutely be coming back the next time I need a vacate clean. Highly recommend.

I booked for an end of lease cleaning because I work in the ambulance service and needed professional cleaners to do the job right.After paying in full $589 for a 2 bedroom apartment I expected the cleaning to be of the standard advertised on their website.“We guarantee an impeccable end of lease cleaning so you can get your bond back”.Not only did I not get my bond back, I was also charged a $400 cleaners fee from my real estate for poor cleanliness at end of lease. The floors were not mopped, oven not cleaned, side of dishwasher and cabinets left dirty, shower grout and drain not cleaned, and scuffing on walls.I reached out to Perth Vacate cleaning for assistance as their website says they are fully insured, and services are 100% guaranteed based on my satisfaction. They took this list and responded one-by-one informing me how they were not part of the contract and could not come back to assist with those.If I had never hired Perth Vacate Cleaning I would be $589 wealthier and a whole lot less stressed. Hopefully that sentiment helps you choose a better vacate cleaner for your home.

Fantastic cleaning company! I received my full bond back and the cleaning was impeccable, even down to the small details. I had no issues with real estate and it was great value for money. Their team made the vacating process a lot less stressful than my previous move where I tried to do the cleaning myself. The cost of our two bedroom house clean was $529! The standard of the clean was subpar at best. It would have been fine had the job been exceptional but alas it was not.Floors in the bathroom and laundry were not cleaned to a professional standard.
