After contacting them on a Tuesday they got back to me immediately. The sign up process was smooth and I got 5 star service from Toni, she was very quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions I had. The installation was scheduled for Friday, the installation guys arrived on time and were very friendly and did a superb job with fitting the router and converter under our kitchen cupboard like we requested. After the installation, the router seemed to be configured incorrectly, the installation company took the router back to Faircom to be reconfigured and we collect it on the same day. I am connected and happy with Faircom.

I have been a happy Faircom customer for almost 2 years until today. I have had no connection over the weekend and despite logging tickets and 2 calls today there have not been any indication when the issue will be addressed. Very poor

The best service I've received in a long time. Nadia is very efficient, explains the product well and offers alternatives that will benefit the client and the service provider. She is friendly and she starts the process and sees it to completion with follow ups and updates in between. She deserves a salary raise.hahahahha

Excellent service. The client liaison manager that guided me through the connection (Toni Johnson) was professional, personable and efficient. I was fully connected within 24 hours. Faircom is definitely customer-centric - they kept me informed every step of the way delivered on all of the time commitments that they made to me.

Some of the worst service I have ever had from an ISP. We had a major outage recently and they failed to keep us updated on when we will get our connection back and also the ongoing maintenance of the fault. My neighbours on all sides use a different ISP and as frustrating as the situation was for all of us, their ISP's kept them updated all the time, sometimes even hourly. Faircom did absolutely nothing to help. Their phone lines are useless, they keep dropping my call over and over when asking to speak with someone in support. When sending an in-depth complaint about the service they never responded and the ticket remains open as I right. Eventually when the internet service was reconnected all they said was 'Openserve has restored your Fibre connection and your link is back online.We thank you for your patience'. That's all....nothing more, no support, or apologies or anything. I call that lazy and inadequate customer service.Additionally to this, the subcontractors they use for the physical fibre installation are also useless. They installed at our previous property and made the bizarre decision to put the fibre cable boxing across the middle and side of a visible wall where they could have simply run it across the skirting boards and cornices. We lost a fair amount of our deposit when departing that property in Sep last year.I requested that they cancel our contract and again were not very great in responding and were not very helpful. I understand that when moving properties the contract period starts from scratch but to be honest if their service is that shocking they need to decide what its worth to them. If they simply told me I could cancel then I wouldn't have written this feedback. Anyways, I am counting the days until I can cancel and move over to a better ISP.All I can say is avoid them and rather use the more reputable ISP.

This new installation and experience confirms the consistent and efficiency of Faircom ( I had dealt with them previously)Needed to have a new installation done, and considering I was so agitated with other providers and stores... when I called Faircom for an update1. Toni picked up on the first ring2. Sent an email minutes later and followed through to completion of installation and re configuration of details I wantedYou have my respect and vote...Keep it up
