The bosch 304l fridge is on special until 30 Nov. They have no stock. Why advertise if you cannot supply. Service not good.

If I were a potential client I would really consider another brand. Bosch customer service is absolutely poor and unpleasant. Our dishwasher was reported more than 6 weeks ago, they told us the parts would arrive from Germany in 5 days. It is almost a month later... The manager don't even know where the parts is, and calls the technician, and he just says it is ordered, but still when will it arrive? You don't get any straight answers from management you as a client is totally left in the dark. We are sitting with 6 reference numbers, which Bosch gave us, it is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I bought a Bosch fridge 17 years ago. Had so many problems with that fridge and Bosch that I promised myself no Bosch product in my house ever again. I bought a Bosch dishwasher on 8 Des. It was not properly assembled. I logged a return but it is 30 December and I am still waiting for collection of this bad product. So I will never promote Bosch to anyone unless they see to it that I am compensated in some way or another.

Went to visit the security experience centre. Very good setup and knowledgeable sales staff. Was an enjoyable afternoon. Spent about 4 hours discussing products and protects. Worth a visit for any system integrator or installer looking to sell Bosch products.

very bad customer service, computers crashed on their side, their accounts phone to apologize, when you phone to order for the 4th time in a space of one week, they say they cant help, stay far far far away from them, worst service I have ever experienced.
