Absolutely disgusting that the staff stand and burp like they are in a competition and make wierd sounds as they are walking through the shelves.Didn't even bother to ask what I am looking for as the staff are all caught up in their own conversations.

It's a smaller than average dischem but they try hard, go them! They mostly have what you need, or at least a fair substitute! Their health foods section is packed!

Took my baby for her 6 months immunization. I wouldn’t return for the next vaccine here. The nurse, Thandi is very rude with no people skills. It’s obviously just a job for her with no care for the actual patient.

I have asked the manager to look into the excessive pricing of Pediasure and he just ignored the request. Dischem owns Babycity. Price as Babycity for 1.6kg is R369, price at Clicks R369, ToysRus R369 but Dischem R409. Anti-competitive behavior.

Staff are so helpful! In the 20 minutes I was in the store, no less than four times did staff approach me and ask if they could assist in any way or help me find something. The cashier was friendly and sincere, and told me about special prices for the items I purchased. Yes, I will be back.

The elderly Indian lady, Letitia Lazarus, who is the pharmacist assistant at the Dischem at Flamingo Centre in Modderfontein is rude, condescending and abrasive. She lacks courtesy and manners and her customer service is shocking. She spoke to my son and I as though we were stupid and when I told her I would make a complaint, she shouted as we walked away..What did I do wrong?".I am not impressed at all and will make let my friends

Cashier extremely rude. Nompumelelo Mashinini, you didn’t greet me. You did not smile even once, you expected me to smell when to tap my card and you expected me to pack my own items! Dischem, some urgent customer service training is required

I was given the incorrect quantity of tablets, so I headed back to Dischem prepared for a fight, the manager and the pharmacist who had made the mistake were extremely apologetic, professional and helped me immediately. The manager even called me the next day to apologize again and to let me know she had gone over my scripts to check all the quantities and to answer some of the questions I had about the medication. This professionalism deserves 5 stars. I would be happy to deal with them again.

Worst experience ever. Appointment was made at Clinic only to sit and wait for 2 hours to get told the nurse is going home now. Could have just as well gone to a government clinic. Atrocious!
