Unbelievable service, they go out of their way to be accommodating and explain in detail what work has been done on your vehicle, honest and very reliable. Called on them in an emergency and there was no hesitation to assist even though outside of business hours. Chris the owner is always willing to help with a smile I would highly recommend Tyre Rack T/A The Tyre Vault in Parklands.

I've been using them for perhaps 5 years, since a friend referred me. Over this time they've consistently been fairly priced, and done a good job. But that isn't what keeps me coming back. What really stands out for me is the honesty and friendliness. They've always done right by me - told me when things are not worth repairing or can be safely left (saving me a fortune, where others wouldn't), and given clear explanations along the way. Chris (the owner) is very helpful and friendly, and has gone the proverbial extra mile for me on more than one occasion. As long as they are around, I will keep using them. I'm relieved to have settled with a mechanic that I have full confidence in.

Fantastic service from Chris, Paul and the Team!!! Chris's original diagnosis of the problem on our Mitsubishi Outlander was spot-on, but he did everything in his power to prove himself wrong...however in the end the engine had to come out. Final invoice for all the labour and parts most probably a fraction of what someone else would have charged. Received regular updates on progress and nothing was ever too much effort. Got the vehicle back fully valet...STUNNING service....HIGHLY recommended!!
