Beautiful store and friendly staff an at home experience

I purchased several items from House & Home on Thursday 28/11/2019 and paid for them to be delivered to my home (1.2kms distance). On Saturday 30/11/2019. I phoned House & Home on the 29/11/2019 to confirm delivery as was reasurred it would be there on the delivery date. After a anxiously waiting for one of the most important items(bed) I was told they were out of stock. I then phoned the store numerous times to make a alternative arrangement.with no support or feedback I was totally ignored.I'm still waiting for the rest of my purchases to be delivered and then spoke to the manager who was totally unresponsive. This is totally unacceptable and my wife and I will be sleeping on a cold tiled floor tonight. Please people do not purchase items from House &Home.Empty promises and zero response.

They were friendly + helpful. Didn't get our purchase cause of load shedding + they were supposed to phone us , but didn't .

Bough a broken item. Had to go back wasting time and fuel. Staff was great though.
