We are constantly getting bad service, the delivery service is not working efficiently, we only get our orders 2 hours later, then the drivers always have an excuse as to why they are late,the last time we had to meet him halfway because he was lost, how? Then whats the point of getting a delivery if I have to get in my car amd go find him again, they can't take simple directions or instructions, our pizza is cold and did not have the temperature sticker. Hammanskraal debonairs always disappoints.

Small little shop next to Spar. Interior very dated. Popped in for lunch. Ordered small pizza. They had no sugarfree cooldrink. Then I had to leave to get cooldrink at Spar. When I retufned two employees barricaded the front door amd told me to wait outside on overcrowded filthy pavement between dangerously looking loiters. I objected and they told me I must report them if I feel that way. Where did you get these unpleasant people to work for you. Do you really care this little for your business?The good news is that I did not have to wait long and that the little pizza was delicious. Just up your service and you will increase your turnover. Ordered online around 15H45 for 19H00 delivery. Delivered at 20H00. Pizza was cold like they prepared it the time I ordered then put it away until they delivery time. I was honestly not happy. The base was hard. Did not enjoy it.

Their delivery is poor. I called and placed an order at 17:30 and was told it would take about 45 to an hour. As I'm writing this at around 19:54 , i still haven't received my order yet. this is really not on!!!
