Victor was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a Bios issue on my wife's laptop that would not allow us to start our computer. Excellent service! Victor was so friendly and helpful! I live in a remote location so could not easily get to Ballito to take my laptop in, but Victor was willing to give me suggestions over the phone and helped to explain what the problems could be. Would definitely recommend his services!
