System was offline for the whole day, couldn’t get assistance with sim swap and other services.The service from the staff is terrible, this has been the 3rd attempt at trying to get assistance.

Someone did an unauthorised sim swap on my number. Had to go into store to do sim swap. Have to travel on a Sunday 100km as this is nearest store. And when u get there. No sim cards. Try phoning this store before coming. Number not working. This is a disgraceful service by Vodacom. Someone does an unauthorised swap at one of their stores. And we have to struggle to get it sorted.

Inadequate staff. Worst manager I have ever seen. Definitely do not know how to do their jobs. And apparently a technician is not allowed to do basic tests on a router now.

Nobody informed us to take a ticket but that was OK. After I figured it out by watching nobody call us when I inquired after watching people without tickets getting service I was call then told the Rica system is down and I should get a new Sim after insisting I would not change my old number that I've been using for years they decided to Rica and had to call vodacom to ask how to Rica. Eventually the unfriendly consultant got it done. Will never visit this store again.

I am extremely disappointed with the very unprofessional service I got from Middelburg Mall, I was looking for the Manager and they sent me to the Midwater branch only to find out that the Manager is off today. Now I have no problem with people having time off but surely the staff should be well informed and can communicate clearly to the customers. I had to drive through the traffic thanks to loadshedding so all the robots were out, am feeling very upset!!!!!
