Excellent service. Rooms are small and views are limited, but clean and efficient for a short stay. Breakfast fare has a nice twist on the usual hotel breakfast. They seem to have put some thought into adding fresh touches in general. Close to everything.

I always love coming to this hotel - it is beautiful, neat, stunning furniture and the setting creates a romantic but classy ambience. The staff are friendly and inviting and well versed on the menu items and services offered. Absolutely well done guys!!!!

Nice place. No fridge and walls are extremely thin very annoying you hear everything next door. But it was just a one night stay so not that bothered.Staff is extremely professional

The price feels a bit steep for what you get compared to other places I have stayed over. The service was great. Unfortunately the zoo has deteriorated and it is not looking good from the property. Although all of this the stay serverd it's purpose.

The rooms are comfortable. Photos seem nicer than the actual hotel. Has basic facilities, all clean and new. Staff is wonderful, welcoming and friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile. There's no gym. And the zoo next door is closed. A big disappointment as it was the main reason I chose this place.
