Ordered through the app, took forever to arrive. Even the tracker stopped tracking. Once the delivery arrived I was given a 330ml coke when I clearly ordered a 1L. I gave the 330ml coke back to the delivery guy and asked if he could come back with my correct order. He didn't come back.I tried phoning but eventually the call would just hang up.This service seems to be a pattern based off other reviews.

Parktown Steers is a disaster to order from. We placed an Order over R600 for Wacky Wednesdays and another special. We went to fetch it and was told the 1 special was not on the slip" looking at the slip it is very clearly on the slip. Then once the food was handed out we found that another whole order was messed up!!! IF YOU CANNOT RENDER THE SERVICE !!! Don't offer it !!! I will make sure that no one at our office. I called the call centre who were eventually laughing as I was so angry..... They kept cutting me off"

As you can see Thandi who should have been at the counter on 02/10/2021 at 15:15 was not there, leaving me and several other people waiting. The cook as usual can see everyone waiting does not make an attempt to help or call Thandi. Would never buy here again and I suggest to anyone who wants service to not do so as well.Update: order was also missing a small chips. So they not just pathetic at their jobs they are also Low life thugs

Burger is bad. Patty does not have flavouring, even plain salt. taste like chemical. Had a nasty aftertaste. Bun, sauce, lettuce and tomatoe okay. patty was really bad

Bad first experience here.Greeted by the server only to be ignored while politely trying to order. Luckily since I’m not one for conflict I waited for her to finish her conversation with her friend and then placed my order. I ordered a Bacon + Avo cheeseburger only for them to give me a burger without avocado while still charging me the full price. Honestly didn’t like Steers to begin with but now I’m definitely not going back. Well deserved 2 stars.

This must rate as one of the worst Steers I have been to. No strawberry milkshake syrup, then no ice cream to make milkshakes, no sauce sachets, only salt. The guy taking the order seems to work for Engen (he had an Engen uniform on) and had no idea how to find the stuff I ordered or work the till. Friendly guy, though, but completely clueless.The only reason you get two stars is the staff is friendly, but I think ill equipped to make that outlet work properly. Shame on you, Steers. I watched the milkshake man and burger man operate as they make it in front of you. No complaints there. When I eventually got the food and milkshakes it was Steers tasty, but hell, it was difficult to watch them struggle to make it work. And it was not busy at all.Pull your socks up Steers and equip these guys to make their life easier!

I was one of the walk in customers and I was shocked to see that in this post COVID era… the burgers are being assembled from start to finish WITHOUT GLOVES. The guys’ bare hands were on the food I’m about to eat (well not anymore). I was standing there for at least 20 mins and I did not see him leave to wash his hands once or sanitize it. Surely, that can’t be sanitary. I took a video but this platform doesn’t allow for posting videos.

Worst experience ever. I received an attached from the cashier when she addressed me in Zulu and told her I do not understand what she's saying. She proceeded to tell me they were closed at 6.30pm! When that wasn't true. Another customer came after me ( a white woman) ordered dipped cones and she was assisted. I went back to order the same dipped cones for me and my daughter only to be told that the caramel dip isn't enough. Eventually I got what I wanted after Thuli came to speak to me to apologize.If the cashiers are unhappy they must quit their jobs and not subject customers to be treated in such a manner. I will Never ever support this steers ever again and will be telling all my friends that work in the area to refrain from supporting this particular store again!
