Wish I could give this store zero stars. Always, every single time we enter this store, there is issues. Uncivilised remarks, because some of our family members are unable to walk on her own. Where is the respect for your elders? Or don't we count? The R1000'S we spend there? So my money is also not good enough anymore.

If i could give 0 it would be to much for this pathetic service. First time using their parcels service, and Only 1 do parcels eventhough there is 6 behind the counter. And the 1 doing parcels is busy packing shoes on shelves, so i must wait. Really no customer infront of her, but shoes is more important than a customer, will never use pep parcels service again, or even using pep Hendrina again.
