Excellent service by nurse Nombuso. She is an angel and a wonderful woman who is such an asset to the clinic. She really is so humble and a credit to this clinic. Hats of to her. Also nurse Naresh. I must say nurse Nombuso you are such an amazing person and an inspiration to everyone that people like you exist in this world.

Communication - poor .when asked for for direction of what you need to do or where you nèed go next.I feel like I am chased from puller to post.Long wait times _ their say on the notice board their is a min waiting time of 3 hours. Sitting in the queue for more than 6 hours when their is like 7 people in frount of you.while waiting staff are gossiping in the hall ways .their so board and their do not know what to do.( comments from the the Gp ward)Practice staff- (chronic clinics )were rude talking on top of their voices . Was not treated in a calm and polite manner.while sitting in the waiting area.one of them even say to me what you doing hear I have been year for 20 years I know my work.go away from year.she just approach at random and say this to me. Hygine- when visting the restroom i saw pee on the foors .staff are not changing gloves when treating a new patient.

The lady taking the HIV test should & has to wear gloves when handling the patients.What kind of hygienic measures are taken?None!! This morning the nurse did not have gloves on when she took my blood sample
