They have fuel, but a potentially unsafe situation.Don't stop at night. Don't leave your car unless it's locked and nothing of value is visible. Don't talk to the 4 guys who gang up on you to wash your windows. One tries to distract you while the others steal what they can. It's best to tell them you don't want your windows cleaned, since they hover around and demand a tip. Whatever you give them will not be enough and you make it worse for future travelers.
