Staff just not interested in customers

We were served by a very professional friendly getleman named Michael, he made our shopping experience there a pleasure. Plumblink has a great range of products at very good prices.

Plumblink is well stocked and priced well, they have a good range of items for all your plumbing needs, I have never had to run around looking for something anywhere else, always get what I need and at a good price. Unfortunately the service I received on my last visit make me want to not visit this branch again. I was first help by a very helpful salesman, unfortunately he had to attend to another customer and asked his colleague to assist, this guy was clearly not interested in assisting, made remarks in Zulu, and when I asked him if the store had certain items, he said no, but as I walked around I found what I needed. If your okay with being disrespected and experiencing bad service, then go to this store.

Very good prices but sales personal does kno knontjey products he couldn't even assist me into how the part I purchased fits on the tap will shop elsewhere and they have like a dont care attitude

Not a single staff member offered any help. They all seemed glued to their chairs. Walked out after 10min. Wont recommend this store to anyone.
