Clicks Pharmacy Harbour Bay

I had previously visited the day before to fill a prescription, the queue was 5 long with one window serving, this potentially could mean a 30/40 minute wait, had happened before. Today I arrived early 10 am, straight to the front of the queue, in and out in 10 mins. Staff were attentive and helpful.

See this as me facilitating internal feedback in a way that’s standardized so everybody is on the same page.Your staff are wildly toxic, deeply confused and mildly problematic. I watched my gf ask your sales assistant for something. And get told sarcastically -I wouldn't know where about that - while looking her up & down.My initial thought was ocean view really has no shame. Then it was she should maybe check her nappy hair up and down.. luckily senior heads prevailed & I found myself stuck on one thing:Just who is this fruitcake who stays seated on a chair in the makeup section applying testers with the chick from precious (the movie) sardonically giving my girl the once over.Maybe the ring leader of this zoo can explain to me why I spend more in your store than this high school graduate earns in a month but shes allowed to A. Not do her job. B. Be insulting.Judging from your other reviews this is common practice. Makes sense why the vibe is always like a garage sale.im providing feedback as it comes. And urge customers to beware of the obtuse bigotry."

this review is based on my experience at the clicks pharmacy with a pharmacist named Jean-Pierre. I stood their for 30mins informing the man what the problem is with regards to my medical aid card, the date. For some reason he refused to listen and sort other reasons on the system. 30mins passed and I'm red in my face, he says the birth date is correct yet I told him the person is not born in that year. He types in the date I gave 30mins ago and it goes through on the system. Then I asked if they had stock of a certain medication, he says no, not evening checking if they do. I left that pharmacy exceptionally angry. Oh and when I gave my clicks card he said the name I gave does not match the name on my card. Obliviously it wont, that's why there are profiles on the card that you must check. WHAT A JOKE. I had to travel to Dischem to get the rest of my medication and guess what, NO PROBLEMS OCCURED. This was such a ridiculous situation. This is not the first time this man was rude to me and another member in my family. I will rather go somewhere much more professional and dignified.

Poor, disgusting dispensary service, actually just not acceptable! I had a script from the neurologist, whom my son sees every six months. The neurologist gives us 6 undated ORIGINAL scripts to ensure we don’t have have any problems with the meds. Every month we get the script from Clicks, for many years without a problem. But at this Clicks the pharmacist took one look at the script and said they can’t accept it because it is undated. She didn’t even check our Clicks profile confirming that we received that medication every month. My son has a disability and cannot go without his medication. I had to drive over an hour to find another Clicks to assist only to find they had closed due to the 2nd being a public holiday. It’s pure laziness on their side. They should be ashamed. Probably not a great idea to invest in that retirement property in Harbour Bay because you’ll have to drive to another town for your medicine. Clicks dispensaries are always busy yet Harbour Bay Clicks dispensary is always ‘empty’ - now I know why. They are just not prepared to assist customers!

Terrible service from the dispensary. Perhaps the guy is new or an intern or something, but he just gave such bad service from start to finish. Clearly in a rush and not listening to my request, gave me the wrong price for the medication, then when I called to query it the next day and to ask if I could return the (almost double what he quoted me) medication, he didn't even apologise, just said We don't usually take medicine returns but I suppose if its unopened you can. His arrogant attitude means that I will never get medication from this pharmacy again.

Nearly 30 minutes (after I got my ticket) just to get one box of anti-motion sickness tablets. 7 counters available for medicine, but only 2 operating. 1 out of 5 tellers operating when we tried to get out

Called in with a query to the dispensary and got a very rude response from a female pharmacist, clear annoyance in a voice that I dare even phone.Perhaps learn some people skills if you are a pharmacist?!

I had a poor experience with one pharmacist named J-Pierre. He is so slow at dispensing medication and at first I stood 5 mins to be served and he was open the entire time doing nothing. Another pharmacist had to tell him that I am waiting. The other assistant not pharmacist done a better job. He help 2-3 people by the time I was done with this pharmacist.

I can highly recommend this branch of Clicks. The Dispensary Staff are amazing and managed to locate a certain off-the-shelf supplement that I needed that is in short supply. I am truly grateful for their effient service.

Be aware that medication not in stock at this Clicks Pharmacy may take 5 days to arriveOther Clicks Pharmacy max 2 days ,no communication from them, had to physically visit them THREE TIMES , very bad service, rather drive a little further to Clicks in Noordhoek and save time, money and frustration
