The staff are always polite and helpful. My washing and my cats beds & blankets always come back sparkling clean no matter how dirty they are.

I do my laundry every Saturday and Sunday due to work on the weekdays and their say they have a pick up /delivery service and I'm always told the driver is busy it's been happening to me for the past two months , I called in this morning and a lady named Beena says why don't I drop it off because I live nearby ... So what's the point of having a pick up /delivery service or are some customers just more important than others... I even asked if my clothes can be picked up tomorrow and was told the driver is busy... If a business does not want a client they shouldn't waste their time ... And I asked for the managers number or the bosses and did not get that.... Just need some clarity of I should find another laundry service and hope others take this into consideration

I took some laundry to Bubbles at Hilton and was greeted by Zama. She was very friendly and clearly explained to me what service she could offer and how much it would cost. I left my laundry and she said she would contact me when it was ready. 5 hours later my 5 kg of washing was freshly, laundered, ironed, folded and packed beautifully. I was very impressed with the facility and service. Zama and Pretty did an excellent job and I can highly recommend their service. Thank you ladies I really appreciate your diligence, courtesy, hard work and efficiency.
