Dilapidated. Poor example of a tourist attraction. Just more evidence of the decay in what is fast developing into a banana republic. Shame.

Quite a scenic drive to get here, but so well worth it. Amazing how they cut through the mountain to create a pass. There is a place to stop at either entrance or exit, depending on which side you on, to view the magnificence of this engineering feat that was done in 1950s I believe. There are vendors selling curios so please support them.Also you will see the Olifants River here.

Considered an engineering masterpiece.Stop at the entrance and chat to the crafts people on the side of the road.Also the only known breeding site of the rare Taita Falcon

Love the views from this place ,the ladies selling stuff thee are great company!I was travelling alone and they were more than happy to take a few snaps of me in the jewellery they are selling I love the view. This place is gorgeous from both sides

I loved this place. The vue and nature will blow up your mind. Nice place to take family just to see the beauty of the nature.
