I bought a small triple deck for R80 lil did I know that I was just wasting my money the was no meat at all I’m so disappointed out of all the places that sells food in blue downs I chose debonair only to get what I got if it was not late I was gonna go back what a waste.

Never have i ever experience unsatisfied services and food quality. Looks like the pizza was cut with a hammer. Very disappointed. Guys!!! . Dont buy from them!!!!! Very disappointed. Want my money back. But okay.

I was so disappointed with their services I bought a chicken pizza without any bacon,when I get home with my pizza I only realized that they gave me a pizza with bacon which I don't eat due to allergies and the distance was far to drive back ,I rate you minus 6 stars your service is extremely hectic

Poor delivery service. Placed an order at 7:15pm my pizza arrived at 9:40pm. The pizza box was squashed on all sides and falling apart, the pizza was cold and tasted horrible. The poor driver looks like he's been through hell and is still rushing for another delivery.I don't understand why they take more orders if they know that they do not have the capacity.They should simply inform the customer that they cannot take anymore delivery orders for the night. I even called to follow up at 8:15 and was told that the driver is almost here. Waited outside in the rain for a few minutes before giving up.Waited 2 and half hours for the worst pizza I've ever tasted in my life.

Ordered online, said in one hour, was about 2 hours, delivery guy actually checked and noticed only 1 pizza, well done to him, were suppose to be 2 triple deckers, he phoned blue downs and they confirmed will be 20 min when we receive other pizza, its about an hour or two, still no food or delivery. Bad bad

Ordered our Pizza at 19:12 and the driver only came at 21:30 with a very COLD pizza and the store has nothing to do about that??

Bought 2 large pizzas was so dissapointed with the food quality and my partner ended up with food poisoning after consuming the dry pizza you guys sold to us, and this the 2nd time we buy pizza from the same store we receive poor food quality
