Hungry Lion HQ Head Office

We Bought 5 burgers on Saturday only to receive 1 coke and 1 chips with the 5 burger order, we thought well maybe they made a mistake and left it as is, today Monday we bought another 6 Burgers on 2 different orders, only to receive 1 coke and one chips again, however paying for the whole meals !!!, now we contacted them speaking to the manager (lady) and was advised to complain at MR Delivery, however the bags was sealed with their stickers and untampered with ??? after long call was basically told to go complain somewhere else so we will never again support Hungry lion ever. the Bellville branch is thief's and completely unprofessional. don't waste your money !!

Hi..i bought two zamba burger meals at hungry lion melody walk today and i was so dissapointed in the meals i got..the fillet was dry..the rolls was also dried out..no lettuce on the roll nd a small little sauce on the burger..chips dried out as well..it looked like the burgers was made in advance or even as if it was made the previous day....this was really a bad experience..i can honestly say that this is the poorest service i got at a hungry lion ...

My Girlfriend bought Hungry lion Tuesday but inside the meat was raw I have pictures of it. And it's a second time I get a bad service at Hungry lion khayelitsha first it was ur staff hill treated me now they sell me raw meat

I'm currently here at Mitchells Plain Town Centre.... First the cashier tells me I can't have the king crunch meal special cause it's not on the system... Then she doesn't wanna give my slip and throws it on the counter... When I ask where my food is after waiting 15 mins and others pass me they tell me I must just wait

My name is Lusizo, last week i went to hungry lion in king williams town mattlife mall, i stood for 15min with no assistance and the cashiers where busy gossiping and by the time i went to the counter the male cashier told me his till point doesnt swipe so instead of him taking a speed point or assisting me, he asked me to wait at the que again so i ended up leaving without buying cause i was so hungry!! Best of the best poorest of the poorest service ive ever received in a resturant
