Limnos Bakers

I had some time to spend walking around at Century City. It was on a Saturday and everyone seemed to have the same idea to come to shop and walk around at Century City. The families were out with the children and these children found themselves part of the Disney Frozen Display with kids in tubes racing down an ice structure.. all safe. The kids loved every minute it was exilhirating to watch these children getting into their tubes and sliding down the structure...all safe different age groups had different difficulty of height for their ride. They had a photo booth and a karaoke booth. I stood watching the smiles on their faces as the slid down the snow peak"Well done Century City Management for capturing these young hearts.I then went in search of a coffee shop to sit down and have some tea and maybe a cake. I walked pass Limnos and saw the delicious cakes in their window inviting me in. I saw a doughnut with cream

Would have been better if they were halaal as I could not order from their eat in menu. Had from their cake though which was nothing special, taste like mass produced, almost equivalent to Pick n Pay. Their prices are as if you sitting in coffee shop in Dubai. Would try other coffee shops. Slice of cake very thin as per below pic. R51 for the slice.

Extremely disgusted by my experience at the canal walk branch on the ground floor. We went for smoothies like we normally do, however the top level didn't have sufficient crushed ice and reffered us to the ground level branch. We frequently visit your bakery on the upper level and always received the best customer service. However my visit yesterday was a complete disaster. According to your menu you state fruit based smoothie, the one we had received was crushed ice and syrup, I fail to see how that is a smoothie. That is more a slushy. I even showed your staff a picture from my previous visit with my strawberry smoothie and what we received was a dark cherry syrup squeezed over crushed ice. When I pointed out the obvious to the staff, no one was interested in heaing me voice my concern, instead your staff had a bad attitude and said this is how they make it, and your staff claims the upper level is wasting product and making something else. This internal staffing conflicts and training has nothing to do with me, I am a customer and I did was voice my concerns as I was not happy with what I received. When I approached the cashier with my complaint, she got very defensive and had a such a pathetic attitude together with another lady. Absolutely horrific customer service, yet these are your front in line staff whom supposed to be friendly and helpful. Not once did anyone apologize, instead your staff had a stinking attitude towards my complaint, upon making payment, the lady didn't even bother giving me a receipt and just handed me my change. People like this shouldn't be in this kind of industry. They certainly need to work on their approach to customers issues. No customer service at all. I definitely won't be wasting my time again with such a poor establishment.

Great for a quick coffee and some pastries / sweets if you please.

Whenever we are feeling for something different and absolute-lii sweetish or to celebrate a special occasion we come here! And most of the time it’s not easy to choose with so many nice taste-ii and colorful! Fortunate-lii we all have our own speciality! The goodies here don’t come cheap so just make sure you have enough money or the credit card with you.....the staff are always friend-lii and helpful.....

The Limnos walk through upper level of the mall. The service has been consistently good. The coffee consistently good. As well as the pastries. The only deterrent is the setup, that allows non patrons to pass through across the walk way. Perhaps a division in place (belt barriers that are used at cinemas and other places for queues) to indicate only for Limnos customers to enter and pass in and out.

Excellent cakes and tarts. We stopped for a coffee and to restore our blood sugar after walking approx. 5km in the shopping mall. The place is popular. The cakes looks beautiful and so tasty. We were all very happy with what we ordered. Will definately recommend it to get your energy up and rest your feet for more shopping.

The customer service is disgustingly bad, I understand that everyone doesn’t want to be at work but having zero social skills, not greeting, not providing plastic bags & then laughing when we asked for a bag to put the cake in? Honestly. On top of it the cake is terrible and a waste of money. Pick n Pay or Tashas has better cake

I had a strawberry eclair. Wasn't great as it was merely jam in it. Had a chocolate cup which was pretty interesting. The almond croissant was okay. Just a bit dried out from being too long in the oven. Was okay but I've had better.

Showstopper looks that soon becomes a disappointment after the first mouthful. Pretty cake slices but no flavour,We ordered 2 cake slices and milkshakes. Coffee shake was okay, but hazelnut shake was only syrup and sugar overload. Cakes were half slices, only looked good but taste was poor. The are so many cake shops and coffee shops out there. Back in the day it was only Limnos, they need to up their game. Dolce Cafe, there is a good cake and coffee shop for anyone wanting a good experience. Limnos go have a bite there, you don't need variety, your variety has generic flavours, waste of calories.
