Good day, we were at your samsonite store in Honeydew. We were ready to pay for the product and the lady at the desk said it's priced incorrectly. Her attiude was terrible, even when I explained about the cpa and she said they not checkers and basically the law doesn't relate to the store. I wouldn't have minded but her attitude was terrible.I await your response.Kind RegardsLynelle

After the bad experience I had with American Tourister products at Le Bag (store in Potchefstroom), I got in my car and drove to the brand company store in Johannesburg. The staff is friendly know their products and very helpful. Guys you restored my faith in the brand. Dian, Adrian and Olly thank you for your good advice and excellent service. I am a customer for life.
