Very nice fitted poly carb replacement window while waiting for the window to be ordered. Took a week. Was overcharged, realised immediately, no reversal on ct card, and I'm still waiting for a refund, 1 month now. Emails sent, no response. Pity, initial service was great.

I just wanted a rough idea of how much they charge, and they refused to give one without details I did not have to hand. Totally unhelpful. In the real world if they can't say after 15 minutes of hold whether they will charge 100, 1000 or 10000 rand, then it is easier to call someone else.

Tucked away in a little side street away from the busy town center, this franchise of the well known branch did not disappoint.The knowledgeable foreman and manager were quite courteous and explained to me in detail all the steps required for my job to be completed successfully.Good friendly service and advice.Very satisfied with the service.The branch is a little removed from the centre of the town- possibly more difficult to locate for someone new to Stellenbosch.
