Great service as a whole. The team is fantastic and the saleaman was genuine and sincere. He found me the appropriate vehicle, arranged a great deal and trade in, and the finance department went out of their way to get the deal done.All round great service and also great food while you wait.

I got scammed by Funnell cars sales man. Sold me a car that he advertised as 2020 and we found out it was 2019. Within 5 days of delivery we found out it had finished break pads, it requires discs brakes scheming and a diagnosis as it made sounds while getting driven. I called the guys stopped answering the phones and the last thing I had from them is we are talking to management and they never got back to me. This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I would not recommend anyone buying a car to even bother working with this guys at ALL. RUN FROM FUNNELL CARS!!!

I bought my car from them about a year ago and I honestly received excellent service from the Funnell Team mores specifically Matt. He was so amazing and so patient. Funnell Auto World was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with regards to the purchase of a second hand vehicle. Richard Taylor, their FNI guy, was brilliant, arranging the finance and ensuring he got me the best deal in terms of interest, was super efficient and professional and ensured I understood every detail of every page I initialed and signed - very thorough. Brendon Funnell shone from start to finish. Whilst I was signing the docs with Richard, Brendon transferred every last item from my old Mini which they traded in and put each item in the correct place, walked me around the vehicle and went through everything with me and handed it over with the most amazing smile.
