Placed and paid an order, nothing received after a week.No reply whatsoever after multiple request by emails, whatsapp, etc.They used to be good, maybe not anymore......order finally received. But they need to improve communication.

The absolute suprise at the complete deal...from quirky fun menu not afraid to oversell its awesomeness knowing its authentic customers are going to get better vegan and vegetarian food than Cape Town has ever had before to excellent service great apple yum yum bottled gas drinks and kombucho...order the entire menu I say.

Zero communication after purchasing online from their shop. Is my product coming? I don't know. Will I ever get a refund? I don't know. Because they don't respond to any of the methods given to contact them. Very disappointed feels like I've been scammed.

I placed & paid for an online order on 3 August 2021. It's been almost three weeks and I have received no updates on the whereabouts my order, despite multiple messages sent via WhatsApp and email. I feel scammed at this point. All I'd like is to be refunded but if they aren't replying to my communications - how am I supposed to get anything done? I was so excited to support this company for the first time but I am truly disappointed. Would not recommend.Update:As soon as I publicly commented on their service on social media, they finally contacted me and processed my refund. It should not take 3 weeks to inform a customer that the product they ordered is out of stock. Communicate with your customers please.
