I think them being a smaller company allows them to give a great personalized service. you definitely will not fall through the cracks. for first time buyers they will hold your hand all the way, for return buyers you will get efficient and quick service. great value for money considering the services they provide, they will even help with your rates account at the municipality which some of the other conveyancers do not assist with (I won't mention names even though I am very tempted to lol). altogether a great and pleasant service. Botha Nel seriously helped me get out of an international issue.I was in South Africa for a conference and my business in Peru needed a notarized document with my signature. We searched for notaries who were willing to help me expedite this process at lunch time on a Friday, and needles to say, not many were willing to do the job.
