Franc's Fridges

DO NOT USE THIS REPAIRMAN! The worst customer service ever! We called Franc to repair our fridge on Monday, which he did not complete. It worked for one day and started malfunctioning again. The next day, upon calling him to take a look at it and fix it again, he shouted at us and started talking incessantly that he did no wrong and said he wouldn't be coming to fix the fridge that he failed to repair. Without listening to us, the customers. I have never witnessed such horrible customer service in my life. I implore you - save your time, energy and money, seek another worthy repair guy because Franc might do a shoddy job, reject your queries & complaints, and run with your money! 0/5 stars!!

Punctual and efficient.

Typical unreliable and poor service that one can come to expect in South Africa. I had initially written a very positive review after receiving good service by Franc's in December of 2021. My fridge has since malfunctioned again. I did not expect Francs to come out for free as the problem was initially sorted out. Hence, I cannot understand why Francs has been ignoring several attempts made by myself and my mother to get them out again. Given the terrible service I have received lately from them I certainly will not recommend this place to anyone as a business that has no way of treating customers by simply ignoring them has no place in a free and competitive market. I intend on posting this on as many platforms as possible so others may think twice before dealing with so unreliable a place. I refuse to beg anyone to deliver a service in this day and age. I have been very polite and more than patient over the last week in which we have tried several times to get this business to come out and assist us. Learn to treat customers properly or face not being recommended. There are plenty of others out there providing the exact same service. Hence, I will not beg someone to do a job for which I was fully prepared to pay.

Very professional.good job on our fridge

Franc came it to check my fridge last weekend. He found a simple fault. He could have easy had me pay a lot of money for regassing, and parts that I did not need. I was very impressed with how honest he was about what was wrong. My fridge was defrosting for a day, by that point I would have paid anything. Thank you Franc, for your service and even WhatsApping me yesterday to check that everything was still ok.
