Staff very friendly, products all over the place. Plants was busy dying, pass it's sell by date yet it was extremely expensive including the containers

We received excellent service and I'm sorry to say I do not remember the gents name however eventhough there were many buildit employees most were too busy with whatever they were doing to assist other customers. They gave me the impression that majority of the people in uniform were management. There was one lady in particular that came from the office to do an override who knew the importance of customer service and gave attention to waiting patrons...

I really enjoy the friendly staff at Kleinmond Buildit. They don't always have everything I need, but always willing to help find alternatives, even at other stores in town.

It's a hardware store. Not much to say really. Decent selection for basic indoor and outdoor DIY, generally well priced with helpful, if not terribly knowledgeable, staff.
