Great looking store, lots of fashionable clothes to choose from but the service there was so poor, the staff was less than helpful ended leaving without buying anything cause of the service. Will not be going there again.

Zara ( Eastgate )Unbelievable and against my consumer rightsWill not give my money back even though I asked for it cash as they have no facilities to pay me back through my apple payEasy to take my money through Apple Pay but not easy to give it back to me through Apple Pay , I had to settle with a lousy gift card with over a thousand in rand in it , I don’t want to purchase anything anymore so how should I get my money back .Then I came in for a return for a size exchange or a refund and they couldn’t help me without the slip even though there was a clear Zara label on it with the original price and barcode I was rejected in so many ways at this store .The management and staff are unqualified to speak and meet customers expectations .I will never support this brand any longer and I will make sure my voice gets heard to any one that wants to purchase anything from that store .Keep the money on my gift card ZaraI hope the 1700 rand is worth your brand reputation .I’m utterly disappointed and disgusted with this brand .Never again

Zara (Eastgate)What a Bad service I had from the securities at the door till to the cashiers, I was told trolley is not allowed in the store I must leave it at the door and at my own rust WOW, so people aren't allowed to shop when they're having trollies with them. OK next thing I'm by the till want to pay only 1 item instead of this cashier telling me to go to other tills because she is still busy with other customer which wasn't even there by the time I got to the till, she left me stand there the whole 40+ minutesZara you need to train your employees on how to have good customer service, for your own sake

Lovely store providing luxury designs for a more affordable price however some materials like cotton and stuff aren’t very good if you want it to last for longer than 9 months but that’s what you get with the price

I’ve never received such bad service. Angie seems to be a senior in the store who knows nothing about customer service. Her absolute lack of empathy and human factor is enough to detach me from the Zara brand as a group.

They chased me away Because of the trailer. Its so bad so i cant shop in zara cause i dnt have anyone to leave with the trolley. To make things worse there is no guard outside that can look for my trolley
