We bought Full leather recliner couches from Ted's Home Store 2 years ago for R33 000.What a giant mistake!!!Not only is the leather of very bad quality, the paint they use to colour the leather too....the paint is coming off!!!The couches is squeaking and the frame work is so fragile....the couches can wiggle wiggle!!!I would not recommend this company.....We are so utterly disappointed!!!

I received excellent service from Ronika. Although it didn't result in a sale as Ted's did not have stock, I really appreciated her following up and trying to make a plan for me. I actually went back to buy from Ted's again as we have had no problems with a double recliner that we bought about 5 years ago. We have followed the care instructions that were given to us and as a result the couch looks as good as new.
