Went to fetch my licence card . Was very quick in and out.

You can get what you need done they quite competent only you have to wait as it takes time but everyone friendly.

Booked online. Went an hour earlier than booking time. If you have all the correct paperwork you will be in and out of the license department quickly. Friendly and helpful service during my experience. In and out within thirty minutes.

Was in and out in half an hour. This place was terrible. You make an online appointment but no one even checks, you just wait in random queues with no order, people cutting the line constantly. The times are wrong on Google, the middle of no where with no signage and literally 10 parking spots. When I arrived at 09:30 there was about 70 people waiting outside.security is the one telling you where to go even though he doesn't actually know himself. Staff are rude and constantly on their phones with no sense of urgency. Cash is a problem here and there is no social distancing at all. There were marking on the ground but no one cares everyone is just squashed together. Everything is rundown and bit broken and damaged. It really makes you feel like your living in a third world country. Now after 4 hours, your told you have to come back in 4-6 weeks and do this again to collect the card. There is 14 days difference and no indication of how long they will keep your card. And this was the useless but sad thing is that although you bring id photos, you still have to take a picture, after all that waiting your picture is hot sweaty flustered swollen face and it's cropped just under your chin to look like a beach ball.

I had poor service, the people working there is useless. The leaeners invidulator went against her word and would not even help me when i came a bit late for the test.I am not sattisfied with springs department.

Long cues of people. No indication of where to go for which department. Unfriendly staff who is not willing to assist. Terrible experience every time.

Well dedicated facilitators and officials at Springs Testing Center. Good working ethics from the team and speedy processes. For the first time over the years I felt home when I visited public services department in South Africa. Well done guys and keep up the good work. I appreciate
