We order online today at 3pm - we order meat and milk. The driver collects before 6 - the app states that driver is waiting at 15:30.That meat and milk sat for hours.The delivery gets to my house at 20:05pm.I sent the driver back with the delivery. Managment must resolve this and I hope that the driver does not have to take the cost for this!!

Shop seems to be low on stock most of the time. Staff at paypoints usually very friendly. Can't say the same about staff on the floor. When asking for assistance, attitude is bad and seem they doing you a favor to assist.

Large and very creepy. Unpacked stock all over. Floor space not well utilized. Felt like i had to carry a gun while walking to gather supplies in a apocalyptic movie.

They sell fresh fruits and vegetables. It's huge, neat and spacious with a variety including the clothing side. You can possibly get most of things that you would want. They only need to train their female staff on customer care. Until they too offer free parking though

The shop itself was clean and lovely. I felt like an idiot though because the trolleys needed someone with at least a 4 year degree to remove from their station. Please make it a bit simpler or put a sign up. I figured it out finally but the lady next to me grumbled and then opted for a basket instead

Three cashiers open... 2 items, coffee and sugar. Fast que closes 2 persons before us... We walk to cigarette counter.. One person before us for Lotto.. No cashier in attendance. Ask junior manager if he could assist. Holding coffee and sugar. Calls someone. She comes to assist with lotto. Que grows... 12 minutes later finished with lotto.. Tells us we can't pay for other items at her counter... Sorry pick and pay you lost more than 4 customers today...

The service simply doesn't exist. I wanted to buy Petit Fours and ended up having to find someone to assist. This sales lady said she doesn't know 'the code'. She then left to find someone more senior. He didn't know 'the code' either so I will have to wait until the bakeries lady returns from a bathroom break. I asked to speak to the manager and he says he is the manager. They went on chatting and laughing, so I left my shopping trolley with them and walked out of PnP Woodlands for the last time.
