Waste of money. Mashaba is rude as hell. Cut my key incorrectly, and fixed it twice, but it still doesn’t work. Never again.

Had to travel a distance, since they were the only ones open, just to get the key I wanted, incorrectly cut. It does not fit.You give someone a key code and you expect a simple job to be done in a simple way. Nope, not when it's handled by a man wearing sunglasses indoors (the person who helped me). I should've known better.

I needed to get the taps on my high heels fixed. This place was fast and efficient. My shows were dusty because I hadn't worn them in months but it looks like they did a bit of polish on them. I was looking good on my birthday!

My shoe disappeared at Kitwe mall of Africa, both the owner and the shoe maker don't want to take responsibility for the loss. They have terrible customer service.

Mashaba was extremely silly and rude with us. He cut our one key incorrectly and we came to fix it. When we came back he gave us terrible attitude like we are the ones who did something wrong. He even banged the keys on the table and carried on with the next customer, saying nothing to us when he was done. When my husband confronted him about his attitude he shrugged us off and gave us a very poor sorry, saying “if you want a sorry, then sorry”.Not seeing us there again.

One of the worst customer services ever!! The guy was soo rude. I went in for alterations he refused to take my shoes in all because I wanted a coat breakdown. I will never support this branch again.

I brought in my daughter's school shoes for repairs and they disappeared. How careless is that. I will never use this business ever again

Avoid.I went there to get my keys cut, the gentleman with a ponytail gave me serious attitude for no reason.I go home only to find out once my housemate has left that the key is a dud and spent the day locked in.I go back to get a new key, he gives me attitude when i insist on a new key.Worst service ever, go to the other dry cleaner in the mall rather.

Had to cut some keys here before, was fast and efficient, went back again to have my shoe fixed. Really fast service, good quality, I don't understand the other reviews,the gent with the ponytail is super helpful, the keys I had cut worked perfectly and the shoe I needed repaired was not an easy job but they went out of their way to assist me!

They have messed up my son school blazer and my jacket the buttons of my jacket had come off some were very loose. And the sad part is the staff don't know what to say in their defense, wouldn't advise anyone to take anything to them for dry cleaning
