In a very hitech world service at this outlet is very friendly and helpful. Well trained and polite staff

They weren't very eager to help. Sales people just mosey on by like you are invisible. I half wonder now if they work on commission or a flat salary! Flat salary me thinks!

The service is good, my issues were solved in a very short time span, love how easy it is to make a purchase

Don't waste your time. Staff does not what they sell or if they have stock. Try some place else that actually trains staff.

Ordered laptops online.... what was supposed to be a simple pick up ended up taking 15min standing at the till while 4 people argued on what the process was.How do 4 people struggle with a simple checkout?Thanks to the lady that ended up saving the day.... only reason it's not a 1 star.

I went in to buy a cellphone. I was looking at the cellphones on display. A staff member was busy in front of me... On her mobile. A couple of staff members were walking around the store. Not one staff member approached me to ask of i needed assistance. Then all the staff members were off the store floor with exception of the technical staff and the tellers. I went over to the store manager to ask for assistance. She walked onto the floor, and there is staff member on their cellphone. If the experience is so poor before you spend your money, what would be the experience after you have spent your money, but have an problem with the product.

Walked around your shop 3 times looking for something. Not one staff member offered to assist. Too busy chatting to each other. Will buy my laptop and printer elsewhere.

I am a VERY disappointed client. I went to the Northgate Store today to purchase a printer and and the unit that was sold to me was the display unit . MXOLISI from the Northgate Store assured me the machine was in working order (This was during load shedding) got home only to find that it was not functioning properly. I called MXOLISI who said I can go to any other Incredible Connection. ( VERY RUDELY SO . I then made my way to the incredible connection in Ferndale On Republic , the sales gentleman there who were extremely helpful told me this1 : The invoice (which was hand written ) that I had with me was lacking an invoice number .2: The price that was on the invoice and the displayed price (Image attached) were not the price on the system the printer is R57003: The toners that were in the printer were H.P toners and not Canon and so that already meant the machine was not functioning .When the manager at Ferndale on Republic called MXOLISI he was shouting and rude (And we were told he once even threatened a customer . After all this I had to take a product I was not even looking to get . The worst experience EVER . MXOLISI does not seem to even care about customers .

Best customer service from sales people to branch manager.Two times, I found no joy in dealing with the Incredible Connection Online Team, which is mostly rude, impatient, and lacks basic customer service. In both instances, Northgate rescued rescued the relationship and the brand!Thank you for your persistent exceptional customer service!

I was just in the shop to buy a hard drive. I walked in to find 4 ladies having a lekker chat by the tills. I walked around for a while looking for what i was there for. Not a single person to assist. Finally i asked if there was anybody who actually worked there who could assist me, (to nobody in particular, more to myself than anybody) and the security guard then alerted another sales person who was clearly busy on his computer that i needed assistance. He was very helpful and apologised for the ladies. Even when going to pay for the gadget he had just gotten out of the storeroom for me, they were still having a lekker loud chat whilst dispersing from the till. No care in the world that there were customers who weren't particularly interested in their conversations but rather to get assistance and get out of the shop.
