I purchased a stainless steel free standing double bowl, which started to rust after a few weeks.I called the store and was told to bring it back. I met the owners who advised that it would be sent back to the suppliers and they( the owners) would call me. A week later I had received no call or message, I then called the store and the lady I spoke to couldn't give me any answers, the owners were out and I requested they call me. Another week later and I had still not received a call or message to update me. I called back again and it was the same story. It is now the third week and I have heard nothing from the store. Very poor customer service

Shop was closed due to a fire. The owner should have notified the public on Google maps that the store is closed. Last week Sunday morning according to Google maps you was opened, when I got to the shop everything was closed.

I have been to the store a few weeks back, purchased a few items. Using them, works perfectly. I am a customer who purchases meticulously(research) to a point of going back and forth from stores and visited yours twice in one day. Senzo's advice was on point with great detail. The Indian lady at the counter entertained my silly" questions and when needed more info sort it from her colleagues. Animals looked healthy. Not really interested in the aesthetic of a store as some people write about

I went to purchase my sons 1st pet on 6th February 2022 and got a dwarf bunny. Unfortunately the manager was the only person who was knowledgeable to answer my questions and he wasn't on duty. The staff did not give me any advice on how to care for the bunny or what I would need. I literally picked my own rabbit feed of the shelf and found some bowls for food and water. Had the staff been interested they would have got more revenue that day.

Terrible, place is falling apart, tanks are filthy, shelves are empty! Sad to see a once amazing petshop gone down the drain like this! Rather just close the doors.

Great service and variety of all things aquarium related, you can call and ask if they have a fish you want and their staff seem knowledgeable. Also well stocked in different fish foods and accessories. The parking is a bit tight but it’s worth it for the variety of saltwater and freshwater fish.

Northlands pets have a wide variety of aquatic life. A large range of both salt and sea water fish. Which are all kept in clean and good conditions. I was happy to see that.They also have many birds, snakes and even lizard species on sale.

Dry stock, foods, supliments, marine fish and coral etc lacking. The store has sadly lost its ability to supply most of my needs in the marine hobby compared to the 90s and 2000s.
