I have called 3 times and they keep on putting down the phone. The last account I got from the place they are representing it showed -R780 a year ago. So how can I owe the company if I'm in the credit.

This is the worst debt collecting service.. they keep adding to my bill for calls and admin yet cant show me any proof of my medical debt that i reported owe yet ive been on medical aid forever.. when i try to call back so i dont get charge so i can escalate the matter i cant get through.. i refuse to pay for someone im not aware of
