Excellent service levels from Lucy. My only negative point is that they should make appointments. When we phoned for an appointment we were told by a gentleman that it was unnecessary. When we arrived we had to deal with the Estates Manager who was very pleasant but clearly not the sales person. Lucy was busy with another client. We had another appointment and left without meeting Lucy personally. The contact with her via email and telephonically was of high standard.
